Organizations using Thanks platform for Rewards & Recognition program can integrate the appreciation and reward details of a user with the huminos platform. Integration with the recognition platform provides a complete view of user performance and recognition within a cycle.

Admin on the thanks.com platform can request their integration credentials from Thanks support team and provide these details to the huminos team to activate their thanks integration within the platform. 

On successful integration, users or managers can view the appreciations and rewards details of a particular user on the huminos platform under the Recognition page. The summary of the recognition for a cycle is also available on the user performance summary page with a count of appreciation and rewards received by a user.
