Send Email Invitation To Users
How to configure the invitation Email
Go to Admin—>Settings—>Messages tab
You can change the title, subtitle, image or message of the invitation
User the following placeholder which will be automatically replaced when user receives the mail
${userName} for the name of user being invited
${fromUserName} for the name of user added the user
${appName} for huminos (or company’s name if changed)
Click on Save button
How to send invitation to users
- When adding a single user, check the option to send invitation via email. This will send the invitation to added user only
When uploading users from excel, check the option to send invitations via email. This will send the invitation to all the new user found in the upload excel
You can also send invitation emails once you have set up your organization and your employees have been created in the system.
To do so, go to the manage users menu in the Admin section of the huminos platform (Admin -> Manage -> Users) and click "Add Users" and select "Send invitation via email".
Select the type of user you want to invite and click send
