  1. What are the various roles available?

    Below are the various types of roles

    Super Admin User with this role can access analytics, change configuration, setup and add or update user-role access and manage pulse for this Bot.

    Broadcast Admin User with this role can manage broadcasts from this Bot.

    IT Admin User with this role can manage configuration, admins, users and security of this Bot.

    Business Admin User with this role can access the analytics and reports on this Bot.

    Pulse Admin User with this role can manage pulse for this Bot.

  2. Can I assign a role to anyone?

    As an admin, you can assign a role to any user.

  3. Can I add a role?

    No. A new role cannot be added.

  4. Can I delete a role?

    No. A role cannot be deleted
