Super Admin - User with this role can access analytics, change configuration, setup and add or update user-role access and manage pulse for this Bot.
Broadcast Admin - User with this role can manage broadcasts from this Bot.
IT Admin - User with this role can manage configuration, admins, users and security of this Bot.
Business Admin - User with this role can access the analytics and reports on this Bot.
Pulse Admin - User with this role can manage pulse for this Bot.
Team Admin - User with this role will have the access of business admin, broadcast admin and pulse admin but only over chosen teams
Billing Admin - User with this role can access billing and manage payments, plans and invoices.
Click on Settings → Manage → Admin
Click on Add New Admin button on top right corner
Search user (by name or email) in the Search box
Select role from the Dropdown list
Click Submit button
Click on Settings → Manage → Admin
Click on Edit icon against the user whose role needs to be modified
To add a new role, select new role from the Dropdown list
To delete existing role, delete the role in the Select role box
Click on Save button
Click on Settings → Manage → Admin
Click on Delete icon against the user who needs to be deleted as an admin
