Reports and Analytics

  1. Where can I see reports and analytics?

    Click Admin—>Reports for accessing reports and Click Admin—>Analytics for accessing analytics.

  2. What type of reports are available?

    Below are the various types of reports available:

    1. Objectives - List of all OKRs with fields like status, owner, target date etc.
    2. 1:1 Conversations - List of 1:1 meetings with fields like user, manager, agenda etc.
    3. Check-Ins - List of all check-ins against each OKR with fields like status, progress etc.
    4. Feedbacks - List of all feedbacks with fields like feedback type, giver, receiver etc.
    5. Recognitions - List of all recognitions with fields like recognition text, giver, receiver etc.
    6. Self Review - List of all self-reviews with fields like user, cycle, review text etc.
    7. Manager Review - List of all manager reviews with fields like user, cycle, review comments, rating etc.
  3. Can I drill down reports using filters?

    Yes. You can drill down reports using date range filters and filters on user attributes like department, designation, location etc.

  4. Can I download reports?

    Yes. you can download the reports into Microsoft Excel.

  5. Where can I see campaign analytics?

    Click Admin—>Manage—>Campaign to access the list of your campaigns. Click on any individual campaign to view analytics with respect to that particular campaign.

  6. Where can I see Pulse analytics?

    Click Admin—>Pulse—>Pulse Analytics
