  1. What are rating scales?

    Rating scales are descriptors of how well you have met your expectations. Typically 5 or 7 point rating scales are used. For example, a 5-point rating scale looks like below:

    1. Does not meet expectations
    2. Somewhat meets expectations
    3. Meets expectations
    4. Somewhat exceeds expectations
    5. Greatly exceeds expectations
  2. What is Stacked Ranking?

    Stacked ranking is form of grading a team member's performance at the end of the OKR cycle.

  3. Can I add my own rating scale?

    As an admin, you can choose from a default 5-point or 7-point rating scale. Alternatively, you can create your own rating scale.
