Rating Scales

Rating Scales



  1. Add Rating Scale
    1. Go to Admin—>Settings—>Rating Scales tab
    2. Click on Setup Rating Scale button
    3. Choose from Options - 5-Point scale, 7-Point scale or Custom
    4. For Custom option, manually enter the label for each rating scale
    5. Click on Save button
  2. Edit Rating Scales
    1. Go to Admin—>Settings—>Rating Scales tab
    2. Click on Edit icon against each Rating Scale
    3. Click on each rating box to edit the text
    4. Click on Save button
  3. Deleting Rating Scales
    1. Go to Admin—>Settings—>Rating Scales tab
    2. Click on Delete icon against each Rating Scale
  4. Add New Ratings
    1. Go to Admin—>Settings—>Rating Scales tab
    2. Click on Add Rating button
    3. Enter label for your rating
    4. Click on + icon
