Google Calendar
huminos platform allows the admin to enable Google Calendar for all their 1:1 Meetings & Calibration meetings. These meetings are created directly into the Google calendar of the user with the huminos platform.
Activate Google Calendar for huminos platform
Admin on huminos platform can enable this integration from the Admin -> Integration page. Click on the switch button to enable or disable the integration for your organization.
Use Google Calendar Events with huminos
All 1:1 Meeting and calibration meetings are created on the huminos platform get added to the user's Google Calendar. To add the meeting to the user's calendar, the user needs to authorize its Google calendar from the huminos platform while creating the 1:1 meeting. Once users authorize the calendar integration, the meeting gets added to their Google Calendar with the online meeting URL of Google Meet.
* Create a meeting from huminos platform
* Click on Grant Consent for Integration
* Select your organization google account
* Review the integration details and click on Allow
On Successful integration, the meeting gets created on the huminos platform and Google Calendar.
If the organization has active Zoom integration, all meetings created within Google Calendar will have Zoom online meeting URL.
