  1. What are Campaigns?

    Campaign or broadcast is a mechanism for companies to quickly understand the chatter around a new policy or initiative. Employees are nudged to share their overall feeling about the new policy or initiative and a free text. Analytics on users' input can parse the free text to understand the sentiment i.e. positive, neutral or negative.

  2. Can I see who responded to campaigns?

    Yes. You can see and download the responses from the campaign analytics section.

  3. Can I download reports?

    Yes. You download the responses from the campaign analytics section.

  4. What is sentiment analysis?

    Sentiment analysis is a branch of Machine Learning which analyses plain text input by users to understand whether the user intent is positive, negative or neutral.

  5. Can I see sentiments in campaign analytics?

    Yes. You can see sentiments in the campaign analytics section.
