Billing

  1. Where can I see my subscription details?

    Click on Admin—>Billing to see your subscription details.

  2. Where can I download invoice for my subscription?

    Under the Billing page, click on View Invoices button. Click on download icon next to the invoice.

  3. How can I cancel my subscription?

    Under the Billing page, click on my plan and click on cancel button to cancel your subscription.

  4. I had subscribed for annual plan. When I cancel mid way, will the balance period billing will be refunded?

    Yes. Please write to us at help@huminos.com for refund of your balance billing for an annual plan.

  5. Can I change from annual plan to monthly plan?

    Yes. Under the billing page, click on my plan and click on change icon to downgrade your plan from annual to monthly.

    If you are cancelling mid-way during the annual plan, balance billing will be refunded.

  6. Can I upgrade from monthly plan to annual plan?

    Yes. Under the billing page, click on my plan and click on change icon to upgrade your plan from monthly to annual. Your plan will be upgraded after your credit card is successfully charged.
