BambooHR Integration for Huminos

Overview

By integration BambooHR with Huminos, the employee information is updated automatically and kept in sync without any additional effort.
If you are trying to setup this integration please ensure you are are:
1. An admin in Huminos
2. Have access to BambooHR Admin, who can generate the API Key for the integration to work.

The integration synchronises the information daily between BambooHR and Huminos

Integration Steps

Please follows these steps to complete the integration:

1. As an admin, please go to Settings -> Integrations and search for BambooHR integration
2. Please click on the Activate button



3. Once you click, a drawer will open on right, select Add Connection button there



4. Please enter the required details and your BambooHR domain URL. Please click on the "info" button to see the link from where you can generate the API Key


5. This link will redirect you to "BambooHR" API Keys page. Please click on Add New Key to generate a new API for this integration


6. Enter the name of the key and click on Generate Key and copy the key.


7. Please paste the key in BambooHR integration page on Huminos and click on "Save" button


8. On successful activation, the users are automatically synced everyday at midnight (UTC)

9. You can also "Sync" users in realtime by going to Settings -> Users -> Add Users -> Auto Sync Users

10. Please click on the "Sync Users" button against BambooHR


We do not trigger the welcome email to the users, so that you can do a launch later on at your convenience
